   pro里面，选择笔记本页面，打开要导入到3里面的笔记本，打开之后在返回键的右边有一个导出按钮（也就是大纲/导图的上面），点击之后选择导出笔记本备份到邮件/airdrop/app，再选择是否附上笔记本关联的书籍，然后选择在其他应用中打开，选择拷贝到3，就可以了，这是单独的导入。
   整体导入的话，设置里面有备份和恢复，pro里面点击备份到本app的文件共享目录之后，可以直接选择在其他应用中打开，选择拷贝到3之后，提示会整体覆盖掉3里面的所有数据（须谨慎选择），或者电脑拷贝pro文件共享目录的备份文件到3的共享目录，再点击3的从共享目录恢复也一样。
   由于笔记比较少，所以是单独导入的，没有试过整体导入。
