Reduce header fonts in Pop up box
The fonts of the headers in the pop up notes are too large. They take up ½ of the box. This forces me to use scroll bar unnecessarily to view my margin notes. Please make the header fonts smaller so the pop up box is more convenient to use.

Large Hyperlinks streamlined
I would like the ability to go back to my home page with one click after a hyperlink is made to a large reference.
I would like to click once on the hyperlink for larger epub references and have it go directly to that reference instead of clicking again on Location button. Then again as I said earlier, click on the hyperlink once to return to starting point.

Ability to edit Merge notes. And allowing LaTex fonts
Merge notes can't be edited especially if the highlights have up/down arrows indicating increase or decrease in something (Chemistry/Medical) books.
Would love the option to edit merge text.

Open 2 notebooks at same time
I'd love to be able to open 2 notebooks and have them both open in a split screen where I could take info from one to put in other. Or be able to look up something in one to answer or explain something in the other notebook.

Idea 1) all books in a study - search term or phrase creates a summary of all paragraphs of all books where term appears and makes summary
Search term or phrase finds all paras in all books in study and makes a sequential summary report of notes which can be further manipulated manually

More customizable appearance
Hi- I'd love to have the ability to import a custom font, or at least be able to choose from any font installed on the system. I'd also like the option for ragged edged text. And, this is less important, but custom background colors would be nice too. :)

Highlights to current level
Hi, I'd like to suggest that new highlights don't go to the top of the hierarchy but to the current level.
• Level 1
•• Level 2
•• Level 2
••• Level 3* (Current Level as last node placed here)
• Level 1
…If I make a new node it should go to Level 3* but instead it goes to Level 1. Thanks.

Publication index
Please allow an icon to access the principal index of the publication such as iBooks does. Usually I used this app with safari or iBooks, in the split screen for personal study and researching. But is very very difficult to find chapters, themes etc; specially if you has to jump form one place to other in the publication many times. I felt lost in a publication too many times, that makes hard to use this app. Despite this I like it and I hope developers are going to fix it.

Ability to flip the highlight and note order.
Ability to flip the highlight and note order in maps and outlines. So that the note becomes the question and the answer is the related highlight. (For Anki and active reading)
