Ability to flip the highlight and note order.
Ability to flip the highlight and note order in maps and outlines. So that the note becomes the question and the answer is the related highlight. (For Anki and active reading)

Mind map and outline feature OFF switch
With a large book being studied and many notes and highlights being made it seems to slow down actions and even crash the book occasionally. I thought this problem would go away with a new iPad and faster processor (air 2) but it has only improved slightly. It is understandable that such a powerful tool would be a little quirky and slow, and I'm sure the developers are working on getting it to run smoother.
Here is my suggestions:
I don't use the mind map or outline feature on large books at all. Perhaps if I could disable this feature,…

Pdf edited in Skim
If margin note could pick up the highlights etc already done in skim when importing, that would be helpful

Airplay for Mindmap Only
Use airplay to display only the mindmap/outline so you can have the whole ipad screen for reading and margin notes. All 3 on the ipad is too small, especially in portrait view.

Hashtags page problem
I have more than 50 hashtags added to notes, thus ,the Hashtags user interface is all covering by tags,Can't view any notecard.
It is better to hide all tags on the Hashtags page.
Please allow us selected the targeted hashtags by drop-down list.
Also please provide the function of delete/edit unwanted hashtags.4 votes -
Ability to delete annotation file
When you are annotating a book it would be helpful to have the ability to delete the annotation file, preferably for each chapter, so that performance doesn't become sluggish due to a large number of annotations which are no longer needed.
