Hi, are you reading pdf in vertical mode?
This version close the zoom in vertical mode because several users report zoom bug.
It would come back in next version. -

It's really inspiring,it's a interesting new direction.But why you want raw data, it may be too long to read, do you think view like kobo or a calendar view may be better?
Could you tell how you would use the data, it may be helpful for me to design the view. -

There is a method to download book & notes to pc, and send by pc(it's not so convenient).

Hi, I have fixed the 1st bug months ago, but cause I 'm developing several new features, I haven't uploaded the new version to appstore.
You will see the new version in several days.
About 2nd issue, you can not change title by just tapping the note in mindmap view. you should change title from context menu.Best,

I used to zoom in and flip by '<' and '>' button when encountering huge margins, and cropped view is good idea, I may get cropped view effect through zoom lock/unlock feature.

That's good suggestions, I will add interrelate features in mindmap.
And in upcoming version 1.6, you will see hashtag feature. By hashtag, you can also create interrelation among cards.
Could you give me more details(screenshots) or share me your pdf, Marginnote can mark on scanned pdfs, I have not gotten what your problem is, great if you can send me more details.
