   其实你还是可以在Finder里管理你的pdf文件的，用自己的目录组织结构，需要用的时候用MarginNote打开就可以了。
   MarginNote在Library里保存的只是pdf的一个cache版本。你从Finder任何地方打开这本书笔记还是在的。
   不能转换通用pdf笔记的问题我们还需要时间解决。
