Merge/ combine multiple epubs
Since I can only save one webpage at a time as an ePub, please at least let me manually organize related webpages by combining them into a single ePub.

Hello dude;
I have checked out all your issues regarding ePub but MarginNote currently doesn't support. We will see if there is a better solution out there
