Adding more shortcuts

Mac is absolutely useful while playing it with shortcuts. However, in MarginNote Pro I cannot delete a card by just tapping the delete key, I cannot copy and paste the card by command c and v.

    I think that we need shortcut for using tool for annotation. I have to waste a lot of time to change between different tools.
