11. 希望后标记的卡片能和先前做的标注合并

    看书的思路是这样的嘛：
    看见一句话有用，划下来。（可能还会用上不用的颜色。）

    再继续看，发现整段都有用，想要做成卡片。

    这时候卡片里，就是画的范围，不包括之前划线的标注了。。。明明是同一片地方。。希望可以出个让卡片和范围内先前标记合并的功能。

    ps.我看的是扫描版书的pdf，不知道能够选取文字的pdf会不会出现这个问题。
